Would it be possible to add an option for sending chosen notifications to a configured Twitter account?

You can filter the timeline and create an RSS feed; from that point there are RSS to Twitter tools, though I haven't used them myself.
Do you wish to subscribe a special user, or have a group @twitter, that you would add to the CC list? Or some other idea / use case? ...
