  1. Open VB Editor
  2. Import following 3 files. TicketImport.bas​, TracOutlookConnector.cls​, TracXMLRPC.cls​
  1. Run subrootine ImportTickets.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Yuji OKAZAKI.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
