664,PageToPDFPlugin fails,gary@mlbassoc.com,athomas,I'm running Trac 0.10b1 and just installed this plugin.  I'm also running htmldoc\r\njust built/installed from SVN.  When I run the PDF plugin_ it starts up_ but then\r\nfails_ generating a bogus PDF file.\r\n,defect,closed,normal,PageToPdfPlugin,normal,fixed,,,0.10
