Discussion Plugin egg doesn't copy all required files for RSS feeds in 0.11

Description

Had a problem using the rss feeds for the discussion forum and topics such that I got errors telling me that it couldn't find forum.rss and topic.rss. I hacked the egg and got it to work by copying the rss files from the /0.11/tracdiscussion/templates folder to the /0.11/build/lib/tracdiscussion/templates folder and re-installing the plugin.

I was hacking and have no idea what I'm doing so there may be a better way to fix it.

Oh, I forgot to add *.rss to setup.py. Now it's fixed withc changeset r7899.
