preview of a ticket forces you to submit the ticket

Description

I did a test whith your wonderful plugin.

One (big) problem is that if I click on the preview button an alert appears asking me:

Submit ticket?

... stop .. it seems that the ticket is not submitted.

So the best would be to skip this alert.

Resolution: → invalid
Status: new → closed

That sounds like a javascript alert from your description. BMTTP doesn't contain any javascript so this has nothing to do with the plugin, check your other plugins.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain obs.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
