AttributeError, if non-existent ticket is put into list for release notes

Description

  1. Adding a non existend ticket in the comma seperated list of tickets leads to

Trac detected an internal error:
AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'ticket_id

  1. There are unknown meanings of fields:
    • Couldn't find out what the comma-separated authorization list is for.
    • There is a label 'Install Date:' but with no field to fill in a date.

You could have done it yourself, just need to register as a Trac user with this site. Anyway, let's go and put it there. (I'm not a admin as well.)

As a side note:
You've put in three unrelated issues in one ticket here. Better read some tickets before starting to create your own, to follow common style. It does help for dealing with issues a lot, if you'd just create one ticket per issue. Otherwise commenting and marking solved ones becomes a real mess.
Registration will help to hide your email address much better and still get informed on any ticket change.
