Description
It would be great if you also could add the .permissions = construct to this plugin. You have the fine grained control of everything else, this would be the icing on the cake.

Sorry for the long delay in getting around to look at this.... lots of boring reasons but I'm on the case again!!!
I'm still not too sure what kind of permissions you see as being useful here. At the moment the user only sees a 'create child ticket' option if they have permission as determined by the general rules and if the parent ticket type 'allows' child tickets. If you could give me a bit more info and some more ideas and I'll see where I can go with this.

Hi 'yoheeb@…', could you expand a bit on exactly what you would like to see. Do you want to control who can create child tickets or who can see child tickets?
