7315	"trac-admin upgrade" doesn't seem to work	gary.bennett@spargonet.com	bobbysmith007	Running Trac 0.12\r\nInstalled the timingandestimation plugin (along with the scrumdown plugin)\r\nUpdated the [component] section of trac.ini\r\nRun the upgrade: no errors were reported.\r\nRestart trac.\r\n\r\nI get the following error when I connect to Trac:\r\n\r\n    Trac Error\r\n    TracError: The Trac Environment needs to be upgraded.\r\n    Run "trac-admin c:\\apps\\trac\\repo\\main upgrade"\r\n\r\nI've retried several times, but it still doesn't work.	defect	closed	normal	TimingAndEstimationPlugin	normal	fixed		mark_kids@yahoo.com	0.12
