Description

I've read through the documentation and can find no provision for an email gateway script. I'm interested in

  • creating an email address that users can submit bug reports, feature request, etc to
  • allowing a user to append a comment/file to an existing ticket be emailing a message w/ attachment

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Alec Thomas.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
