7518	[patch] Move restore button to ctxtnav	hasienda	hasienda	I suggest to move the »Restore Form« button from metanav down to ctxtnav.\r\n\r\nWhen I installed and tested this plugin for the first time, I initially failed to see the button. Obviously I expected it to appear on top of the form, not above the main navigation.
