I'll try to describe my issue.

I've been using the trac only two days and installed your plugin using install instructions from TracTicketChangelogPlugin. I've done only two testing commits, but my first revision number starts from ""0. In ticket Changelogs that revision reduced by one symbol and links to nonexstinig revision and starts without ""0"".

I'm not sure if it's my mistake or it's a bug.
