8043,trac-tags broken with env needs upgrade error,anonymous,rjollos,On a 'clean' install of trac (eg: webfaction one-click installer 0.12_ as well as from trac trunk)_ I tried to add the tractags plugin (both 0.6 and trunk_ same issue). After upgrading the environment_ it kept insisting I upgrade_ and when I tried that_ it gave an error (tag table already exists). After poking around_ I found this is what triggers it:\r\n\r\n{{{\r\nWARNING: Component <tractags.model.TagModelProvider object at 0x9afe44c> requires environment upgrade\r\n}}}\r\nI added this to [components]_ which seems to work-around it for now:\r\n{{{\r\ntractags.model.tagmodelprovider = disabled\r\n}}}\r\nWithout this_ it's not possible to run this plugin.\r\n\r\nbe well_\r\n--craig,defect,closed,high,TagsPlugin,normal,worksforme,,,0.12
