Change the license to "true BSD"

Description

TicketModifiedFiles? originally used a custom license based on the BSD, with an added clause:

"Any changes made to the source code should be reported to tech [at] rentalia [dot] com highlighting the changes made and why they were done."

Now that I am passing maintainership to the community (especially to rjollos), I am removing this clause from the license, effectively using a "true BSD" license.
