Allow for text fields (e.g., Cc) to have a default value set by user preference

Description

Currently only dropdown menus allow to have a default value set by user preference. Text fields (e.g., the Cc field) should also allow to have a default value set by user preference.

Text fields can now have default values set by user preferences. Also, the behavior of default values is now slightly different. Default values will now be set whenever the field is empty - i.e., for existing tickets as well, not just for new tickets.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Rob Guttman.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
