Add i18n support

Description

I'm interested to add i18n support for Trac>=0.12 to get better integration into non-English environments.

Since I've done this before for other Trac plugins, I do kindly request a trunk branch to do this development. Would you accept patches going in this direction? I'll do it anyway as this has been requested for one of my fully-localized Trac applications. SVN commit access would be most welcome to ease further maintenance on my side. Join the Trac plugin l10n project with your plugin.

I would agree on giving you access to the plugin repository and page, as I hardly have any time to keep it updated. Just mail otaku42 and comment about this (you can provide this ticket as a proof I agree).
