8613	TestManager is not installable on Trac 0.12.2	A.Stroppel@web.de	seccanj	When trying to install the TestManagerForTracPlugin, the installation hangs in the installation of the testmanager_plugin. I tried to go back in versions to install and found out that release 1.3.11 is the last one working. \r\n\r\nThe failure I get is, that trac always requests to upgrade the backend. But even after upgrading using the trac-admin command this error isn't solved.
