8643	Cannot submit ticket in Mylyn	wrobel@wsb-nlu.edu.pl	walnut	When submitting a new ticket from Mylyn for Eclipse I got the following error: \r\n"'Environment' object has no attribute 'childtickets' while executing ticket.update()"\r\n\r\nThis happens even when the ticket has an empty "Parent ID" field.
