Ticketlink in text mail is not recognized

Generated text mails contains the word URL: followed by the link. Mail programs (e.g. Outlook) do not recognize it as a link. The same applies for the project link. Noticed the same problem, using the iPad email client.

The attached patch fixes it for me.

As the format without URL: is what trac notifications themselves use, my opinion is that this should be applied ASAP.

If there is a good reason to have the URL: prefix in some setups, I suggest making it a configuration option, and prepending URL: to the relevant links in the formatters code, instead of having it in the template.

This is bad in terms of usability, right. But simply put we have too many other, more critical issues to deal with for now, sorry. I'm forced to skip this and come back later.

For the patch itself, it looks like no-one seems to see issues with removing URL:-prefix unconditionally. So I guess, that we'll do that in the end. Thanks for contributing this suggestion.

Please upgrade to Trac 1.2, which has integrated the core of AnnouncerPlugin. Please raise the issue on the ​trac:MailingList if you encounter the issue with Trac 1.2.
