8877,menu item links fail on trac installations in the root of the server.,david.killick@wcn.co.uk,cbalan,In our trac installation_ trac is installed at the root of our server.\r\n\r\nWhen an item's href is set to (say)\r\n{{{\r\nticket_defect.href = /newticket?type=defect\r\n}}}\r\nThe resulting URI is\r\n{{{\r\n//newticket?type=defect\r\n}}}\r\nwhich causes the browser to make requests to a non-existent server.\r\n\r\nInvestigating a similar error in another plugin  suggested it may be due to 'ref.href()' returning '/'.
