Hello,

is it possible to have intented Tickets similar like subtickets plugin? like this

  • Ticket 1
  • Ticket 2
    • Ticket 3

Ticket 3 should be a child of Ticket 2.

Hi

The tickets that are listed in a 'parent' ticket are only it's children (ie. there's no recursion into it's childrens' children...) which means the indentation would not show anything useful (ie. the immediate children are indented at the same level!)

I think if you're building up larger relationships of tickets and want to manage that relationship, then subtickets could well be a better option.

I am trying to put together some kind of a macro that would provide something approaching the functionality you need, albeit that you'll have to give it the ticket ID you're interested in (keep an eye on #8992)

Hope the new macro (when it comes!) helps.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Mark Ryan.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
