#901 closed defect (fixed)

No summary reports for estimated time remaining

Reported by: trac-hacks.org@… Owned by: bobbysmith007
Priority: normal Component: TimingAndEstimationPlugin
Severity: normal Keywords:
Cc: Trac Release: 0.10

Description

Looking through the 'Billing and Estimation' tab, I see all kinds of reports for showing how much time has already been spent on a given milestone or project.

Unfortunately, I don't see any way to roll up the estimate of time remaining by milestone and/or developer. This would be very handy.

At the bottom of all of the Ticket/Hour Reports, there is a rollup that contains total estimated hours and total hours complete. I dont have a column that has the estimated hours - total hours, but at least you can get an idea of whats going on there.

I agree that having this available a bit more explicitly would be nice. If you would like to provide a patch, I would be more than happy to incorporate it.

Thanks,
Russ

It would be nice to have this plugin display a progress-bar on the roadmap page, as the timetracking patch does. See screen captures here:
