No summary reports for estimated time remaining

Description

Looking through the 'Billing and Estimation' tab, I see all kinds of reports for showing how much time has already been spent on a given milestone or project.

Unfortunately, I don't see any way to roll up the estimate of time remaining by milestone and/or developer. This would be very handy.

At the bottom of all of the Ticket/Hour Reports, there is a rollup that contains total estimated hours and total hours complete. I dont have a column that has the estimated hours - total hours, but at least you can get an idea of whats going on there.

I agree that having this available a bit more explicitly would be nice. If you would like to provide a patch, I would be more than happy to incorporate it.

It would be nice to have this plugin display a progress-bar on the roadmap page, as the timetracking patch does. See screen captures here: http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TimeTracking

closes #1697 I was wrong about this, It was just a leftover quirk and has been removed

closes #901 reports now contain time remaining

closes #1958 added case statements all over the place to better support postegres when there are null/empty values

closes #1959 changed the work summary report to include links to the ticket and ticket summaries
