Would like Estimated Number of Hours to be first editable field

Minor usability suggestion: I find myself frequently entering hours into the 'Total Hours' field when what I really meant was to put those values into the 'Estimated Hours' field.

Perhaps the sequence of these forms in the new ticket form should be reversed?

I will look into this. I think that the order they are displayed is somewhat arbitrary. If it is not. I will certainly set the display order to have estimated hours first.

​http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracTicketsCustomFields Seems to imply that we can do this. If you wish to correct it in your trac instance before I roll in an update, you should be able to edit your trac ini and add the following lines

estimatedhours.order = 1
hours.order = 2
billable.order = 3
totalhours.order = 4

I will add these as defaults, but I dont think that it should trigger a config rewrite if they are specified differently. That way anyone can rearrange them to their preferred order.
