It would be really useful to be able to automatically include a footer which has the wiki page name, version and a timestamp in it.\r\n\r\nSo if i'm visiting http://trac.example/wiki/SomePage, and there are 4 entries in the page history, there would be a footer on each page that says something like:\r\n\r\n{{{\r\nSomePage v.4 2011-09-22 22:03-0400\r\n}}}	enhancement	closed	normal	OdtExportPlugin	normal	fixed	patch		0.11
