Plugin is missing a licence

Description

Neither in setup.py, LICENCE file or any header of files is a mention of a licence under which this plugin is available.

In the most strict sense this means that no one can use this hack or it's code.
It would be nice if it could be licenced under a BSD or MIT licence, thanks.

I have now added a 'COPYING' file and 'AUTHORS' file by way of licensing (BSD). I'm not at all experienced with such matters so please do let me know if this is not suitable or if I can improve it in any way.
