9282	Announcer will not send in html	paul@scom.ca	hasienda	I am running trac 0.13 (upgraded today) + announcer 0.11.1-r10458\r\n\r\n\r\nall previous versons will / have never done this.\r\n\r\nthere are plenty of hits on this issue with no clear resolution.\r\n\r\nalso announcer latest developer trunk 0.12 once compiles etc the environment would not allow an upgrade (attribute errors etc)\r\n\r\nthus i backed of to 0.11.1-r10458\r\n\r\ni can provide login access to the server if nessesary.\r\n\r\n\r\nany help would be appreciated.\r\n	defect	new	low	AnnouncerPlugin	normal		database API	rjollos, doki_pen	0.11
