Shortcut to ticket selection defaults to /t/<ticket#>causes No handler matched request to /t/<ticket#>

Description

The shortcut provided to look at tickets from the ticket tree is formatted as follows /t/<ticket#> This causes a No handler match. format should be /ticket/<ticket#>
