http_date should *not* be translated

Description

If you translate http_date (utils.py), then you break the RSS compatibility with the requirements, and RSS readers can't parse the date correctly. Don't translate http_date please!

True.

Although http_date needs to be translated in some locations, it should not be translated for RSS and HTTP headers.
