No way to reset password if using HTTP auth

Description

Thanks for this plugin.

I've got one gripe: there's no way to add a reset password link to metanav.

I can manually pull up the reset_password URL, but it should be added to metanav automatically, for anonymous users only.

That way, people could reset their password even if not using the HTML login form.

would this also help resolving the issue of using account manager with xml-rpc installed?

we investigate the use of http://eclipse.org/mylar. and it does only work via basic auth, both connection methods xml-rpc and web.

may i therefor rise the priority a bit?
