possibility to select blank fields for built-in dynamic vars like $MILESTONE

Description

when populating dropdown lists (for queues plugin) with built-in dynamic vars (like $MILESTONE) it should be possible to select a blank field (e.g. to select only tickets that don't have a milestone set in them)

Good idea - added empty milestone. But still defaults to current milestone.
