Allow batch closing of tickets

Description

My use case is that I have tickets created automatically from emails coming to our support email address. Thus some spam gets through, that I would like to have closed all at once, after selecting them in a list. It does not look like the current plug-in would allow me to close all the selected tickets at once. Thanks for your work on this long-awaited hack!

I would say not just close, but in general change the status.

You can batch close tickets by setting the status to close and the resolution to why it was closed. I would like to link these so that setting a status automatically closes a ticket, but am unsure how this would effect custom workflows.

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
