AttributeError: 'Ticket' object has no attribute 'is_writeable_field' when using with Agilo plugin

Description

This is similar to #9682, but on the TicketImportPlugin. This has been reported a few times times on the internet, see for example ​http://groups.google.com/group/agilo/browse_thread/thread/ac41c631da03fc6c?pli=1

Temptative fix in [11134]. Need to test, but requires an installation of Agilo

Status: new → closed

The fix working after [11136]. I'm not exactly proud of it -- this is basically about working around a bad, bad, bad bug in Agilo. But I need it to work...

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain François Granade.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences.
