Description

setup.py says that the license is BSD, which is great from my standpoint. If, more specifically, you are okay with the BSD 3-Clause license, with is the license used by Trac, then I'd like to drop a COPYING file in the source code and make specific reference to the BSD 3-Clause. I'd copy over the COPYING file from /plantumlmacro/trunk/COPYING and just change the names and years as appropriate for your plugin.

Yes, this is fine. Something similar to change [11496] is fine.

[11511] should have referenced this ticket, but there was a typo:

Fixes #9779: Clarified that license is BSD 3-Clause. Added license info to source, and switched to UTF-8 encoding of the source. Committing the deletion part of the move operation in [11510].
