9995	Require specific permissions for fields to be visible	rjollos	rjollos	This ticket is to implement the idea discussed in [http://trac-hacks.org/ticket/9572#comment:14 comment:14:ticket:9572]:\r\n\r\n... define a set of permissions (`TICKET_VIEW_COMPONENT`, `TICKET_EDIT_COMPONENT`, `TICKET_VIEW_PRIORITY`, `TICKET_EDIT_PRIORITY`, `TICKET_VIEW_KEYWORDS`, `TICKET_EDIT_KEYWORDS`, ...) and associate each permission with a field so that the field is hidden from view when the user doesn't have that permission.\r\n\r\nWork will be done on my !BitBucket [https://bitbucket.org/rjollos/simpleticketplugin development fork].
