Lightweight code review of changesets

Notice: This plugin is unmaintained and available for adoption.

Description

This plugin adds a lightweight means to review changesets. I've tried and love the idea of ​gerrit and other code review tools but needed something lightweight that fit well into our existing Trac ticket workflow. And so this plugin was born.
