Display images from icanhascheezburger

Description

Very simple macro that parses the icanhascheezburger website and will post the newest image in the Wiki page.

Thrown together very quickly as a joke, but it works. Could break at any time. Note: (2010-08-30) The macro is currently broken due to changes in the page layout. See #6797.

Probably works with any trac release, but only tested on 0.11.
