Full integration of [http://epydoc.sourceforge.net/ EpyDoc] documentation including searching and permissions. 

Based heavily on [http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/DoxygenPlugin DoxygenPlugin] so if things are missing here, head
over and you may find more info that applies to this plugin as well but read BugReporting page first, please. 

This plugin is compatible with the following releases of Trac:
 - Trac [Trac:milestone:0.12 0.12]
 - probably with 0.11, not tested yet.
