= Don't notify us when someone stopped working on a ticket

== Description

This plugin prevents you from receiving a "Hours recorded automatically by the worklog plugin." email every time someone stops working on a ticket.

The WorkLogPlugin notifies everyone that someone has stopped working on some ticket. The message looks like "'''hours''' changed, '''totalhours''' changed, Hours recorded automatically by the worklog plugin." This patch will make sure no notifications are sent for such events.
