Display's author's Trac name in RSS feed

Description

Display's the author's trac name in the RSS.

• Changes the author field to use the user's trac name instead of email address
• Adds a by line to the description (with an optional mailto link in the description field if an email address exists)

Note: This patch is no longer necessary in Trac 0.11.
