+TracMetrixPlugin has been developed on my personal computer as I work offline a lot and I don't like to spam the server with too many tickets.  You can see more in depth source code analysis from [http://web.pdx.edu/~bhuricha/tracmetrix/statsvn/ here].  I hope to be able to add this kind of statistics into TracMetrix in the future.
