    3 We are attempting to upgrade TestManager to the latest version and as a stepping stone, we are going to upgrade from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7 to 1.4.8 to the latest.    When we attempt to upgrade from 1.4.6 to 1.4.7, we get the following error:
