[Patch] Rename "Update" button to "Refresh" on the Review User Account Details page — at Version 1

When initially viewing the page, I found the term Update to be confusing since it implies (to me) submission of some data, or invoking some sort of change in the database. I propose that the button's text is changed to Refresh.
What do you think? I realize this is a very minor issue and entirely subjective.
