10906	Internal error 500 after attaching file	anonymous	Jun Omae	"Upgraded to Trac 1.0 and 1.0.1, was using the plug-in under 0.12 and was working fine.  After upgrade, getting an internal server error 500 when attaching a file.  The attach process works, just getting the error which some users have mistaken as a complete failure and keep trying to attach the file.
