11972	cant delete the attachment after installing the attachmentPolicyPlugin	anonymous	Franz	"I have installed AttachmentDeletePolicy plugin and make an entry in the trac.ini file. 
After that I assign a permission of `ATTACHMENT_DELETE` to a user. 
In spite of this there is no option to delete the attachment.
