I installed this plugin however I have not been able to figure out how to use it.

Use cases:

  1. I attached a csv file to a page and want to embed the attachment in the page (probably need some macro)
  2. I have a link to a csv file hosted somewhere else an want to embed it in the page
  3. When clicking a csv file attachment, the attachment should be rendered as a wiki table

An example page showing the above 3 cases would be very helpful

This plugin only supports use case (3). It should work after following the installation steps.
