    11Most likely there is a conflict with another plugin. Please try the following:
    2  * Disable other plugins one by one until the issue is resolved or they are all disabled. TracTicketTemplatePlugin is most likely to be the problem. If disabling a plugin resolves the issue, please let me know which plugin.

    33 * While reproducing the issue, look in the browser console for JavaScript errors. Are you familiar with using Developer Tools in Chrome, or similar tools in another browser?
