    1 Confirmed. The issue is that the rules are [browser:dynamicfieldsplugin/trunk/dynfields/htdocs/dynfields.js@14905:78-81,85-87#L67 applied to input elements], and the ticket properties are hidden as a side-effect of applying the rules to input elements. When a user has `TICKET_VIEW` but not `TICKET_MODIFY` there will be no input elements and the [browser:dynamicfieldsplugin/trunk/dynfields/htdocs/dynfields.js@14905:37-38#L21 rules will be skipped].
