hi,

We are facing issue about assign to drop down. I have enabled restrict_owner in [ticket], it shows the drop down but it is empty. 

Cent OS 7.4
Trac 1.2.3 upgraded from 1.0.11
AccountManagerPlugin 0.5.0
TracLdapAuthPlugin
Httpauth plugin.

even if try to add a session it does not show in drop down.

any pointer .
