User management plugins not working for 1.5.1

Hi There,

I installed Trac 1.5.1 version and up and running. I was having hard time to integrate AD to Trac. I tried two options.

1.​https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/ActiveDirectory

I have updated the paths according to my environment and added this code to httpd.conf file. Server is not starting with sequence of errors.

2. I was trying to use User management tool and installed all the user management plugins but User management button is not enabled under Admin.

I was able to enable USERS button but when I click on this, it redirect to blank page.

Please give me light. I was unable to get help any-ware else except this Trac site.
