    11Well that's disappointing. It says it in the documentation **"If the summary doesn't match any existing ticket, a new ticket will be created."**. I have 0 tickets existing in the db, and tried importing one ticket through csv. I get "Ticket 1 found in file, but not present in Trac: cannot import."

     3For my case, I populated the trac db with the id's listed in my csv using python's sqlite3 module. Then I continued with using this plugin.
