This allows somebody to send an email to ""support@example.com"", and then I get a nice-looking HTML notification of the new ticket. But there is a bug. When a new ticket is submitted via email, I get TWO notifications, not just one. (Note, I did not have this problem with Trac's built-in notifications.) The first email is simply the new ticket, including ticket ""Description"". The second email is (again) the new ticket, but without the Description. However, unlike the first email, the second one says: Comments: (by derek) This message has 0 attachment(s) So the second email looks like it is only there to let me know that there is a new ""comment"" which says, ""zero attachments"". (Again, Trac's built-in notifications did not have this issue.) For some reason, I don't get ANY emails when I create a new ticket via the web interface (prolly a config problem), so I don't know if this bug is limited to integration with email2trac or not. Thanks for working on this plugin, I'm excited to see it become a defacto standard. It's 2009, do we really need our emails to look like a TeleType printout from 1972? (Sometimes I think the Trac devs would prefer all tickets to be in Morse Code ..- .- --. -. .- )",defect,closed,normal,AnnouncerPlugin,normal,invalid,,,0.11
